This house, once a simple dwelling, has been completely renovated thanks to the shared vision of Giuseppe Taramelli and architect Marcello Pianosi. The rebirth of this space is a testament to the craftsmanship and creative talent that characterize their work.
The renovation focused on three cornerstones that capture the essence of the house. The three-fifths in Ceppo di Gré stone, arranged in a balanced way, welcome visitors from their entrance, guiding the gaze through a path that leads to the living room. This stone, extracted from the nearby quarries of Castro, is not just a material: it is a reference to local history and culture, an element that bridges the past and the present.
The walnut wood floor, laid in a Hungarian herringbone pattern, is another protagonist of this narrative. Its warm and deep shades, strategically oriented, mitigate the empty spaces of the house, creating a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. Every step on this parquet tells of the care and attention to detail, reflecting the professionalism of our company.
The intervention included the demolition of a portion of the floor slab, a bold gesture that allowed light and air to enter a secret garden, a corner of nature that invites reflection and rest. This green space, conceived as an ode to serenity, represents an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, a refuge that blends harmoniously with the interior design.
The finishes were chosen with the utmost attention: the bathrooms are clad in Verde Alpi marble, a material that recalls the beauty of the Bergamo landscapes. The design taps and heated towel rails by CEA Design add a touch of contemporary elegance, while an underfloor heating system and an advanced cooling system ensure maximum comfort in every season.
The Valcucina kitchen, the beating heart of the house, was designed to combine functionality and design, making every culinary experience a moment of joy. The selected furnishings, by Zanotta and Edra, are not mere pieces of furniture, but works of art that tell stories and stimulate emotions.
The lighting, by Flos, along with a system of LED-illuminated Viabizzuno shelves in the guest bathroom, creates suggestive atmospheres, enhancing every corner of the house. The artworks by Yarrow, Longaretti, Baldessari, Banksy, Paola Pinna, and Gianni Berengo Gardin give a vibrant soul to the environment, transforming every room into an art gallery.
To complete this project, the Suora lamp by architect Mollino and a bench by Gio Ponti, symbols of a design that transcends time, further enrich the spaces, making every detail a tribute to aesthetics and functionality.
This renovation is not just a building intervention: it is a milestone in the journey of our company, a calling card that tells of our skill and our passion for building. Every element, every choice, every detail is a reflection of our commitment to excellence and our dedication to creating spaces that are not only inhabited, but that inspire.
