ASSIGNED ACTIVITIES
The selected candidate will:
– Perform construction, maintenance, and renovation work according to project specifications;
– Use construction equipment and tools such as pneumatic hammers, drills, saws, concrete mixers, etc.;
– Assist with site preparation and setup;
– Load and unload construction materials;
– Comply with all workplace safety regulations and use the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
– Work closely with other laborers, carpenters, bricklayers, and supervisors;
– Provide support on other related tasks as requested by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
– At least 3 years of experience in the role;
– Knowledge of construction techniques and building materials;
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and floor plans;
– Proficiency in the use of construction tools and equipment;
– Familiarity with construction site operations;
– Knowledge of, and up-to-date compliance with, safety regulations;
– Residence in the Bergamo area.
