Project Description:

Luxury fit out of a 220 square meter penthouse, with a magnificent terrace, which required an important redistribution and transformation of spaces into functional areas (6 large rooms + 4 service areas), suitable for families and hospitality. A sophisticated environment where the artistic and aesthetic aspects ensure comfort and a warm atmosphere.

A large 150 sq.mt terrace, hosting 4 qualified areas with a dedicated floor: a dining area with an outdoor kitchen, a living and relax area with sofas and armchairs, an entertaining area as well as a play area for children.
The pleasure of a private green space in the heart of Milan are guaranteed by a 25-meter planter with selected tree species which screens and protects the entire front of the beautiful terrace.

Extensive use of natural materials: the thresholds, the window sills and the covers of the planter are in black crashed slate. Wood is the great protagonist both for the flooring with over 2000 strips positioned in formwork, and for some walls in boiserie. The wood wall paneling is custom-made by an experienced carpenter.

The finishing involved 450 linear meters of decorative frames, both on the plaster ceilings and on the walls, which create square panels becoming the light motive of this luxury flat. The light motive continues on the doors and is also present in the bathrooms with marble and glass mosaics of the highest quality.
The lighting fixtures have been carefully positioned on the basis of an ad hoc project to enhance the comfort, functionality and aesthetics of each room. The in-ground lights together with the longitudinal lights create evocative and sculptural effects.
