The bathroom is decorated with tiles from Ricchetti Group. The selection includes 8 models, with different colours and dimensions.

Floor covering in the basement has been made with a PVC imitating the wood due to humidity, the effect combines well with the office mood.

Lighting points in basement has been increased and improved than the original ones.

Project description

Casa Londra Shop is located on the groud-floor of a typical English house at 310 Old Brompton Road. It is an office/atelier where the company offers its services for finding, letting, management and relocation business for Italians wishing to invest in London. This is a showroom for interior design and furniture which is totally made in Italy. The offer focus on 14 prestigious Italian partner brands, able to meet any request: marble, tiles, furniture, home accessories, etc.

The location has two floors: ground floor and basement. The building has been recently restored, thus walls and slabs are new. Fitting out the location affected the interiors and involved nearly all Italian suppliers.

Air conditioning system is studied with Italian heat engineers, the same has been made with the new electrical system and positioning of lighting points – which follows the new room disposition. With a mixed soul between office and showroom the space was designed to give each partner an exhibition area respecting the aesthetic mood of the location. That’s why marble, parquet, wall paper, tiles and custom-made furniture has their own styles but mixes in an elegant and well-defined design.
